Our 12-year-old lab, Levi, was under the weather, and our regular vet could not see him for a week. I reached out to the BRAC, and they were able to work him into the same-day schedule. Dr. Barr and her vet tech were kind, compassionate, and helpful. Levi is on the mend, and we look forward to revisiting the clinic soon for a recheck. I highly recommend this clinic!
They always provide excellent care, and they’re always very accommodating. The staff is so sweet to my cat and myself anytime we come in. I know I can trust them with my pet’s health!
I really can't say enough good things about this clinic.
My dog, while adorable and the most important thing in MY life, is extremely protective and wary of people. The crew here has been WONDERFUL in making the whole experience as pleasant as can be. So good in fact that Luna has a favorite Veterinarian and doesn't need to be muzzled the entire visit.
For those of you that don't know, that's a HUGE deal.
They offer late hours and open Saturdays for those of us that work crazy hours during the week... the prices are a little steep, but my dogs life is priceless.
Dr. Rice and Cheyenne were both awesome! All of the nurses we encountered were great but Cheyenne mostly worked with us and was so super sweet to our sick puppy. We were grateful for the Clinic for seeing our puppy during an urgent visit. Everyone was throughout and treated us with great respect and care for our family. Dr. Rice was so kind and good with our dog. She gave him Cheerios and lots of pets. This was his first time at a clinic and it was a great first time! He is doing so much better now!!! Thank you for helping him! The clinic is super cute too and I was grateful for the free coffee!
It absolutely is impossible to give high enough stars for this clinic. Doctor Neumann and his staff are AMAZING! If I moved 1,000 miles away, I would still bring my cats here. Slurpee and I thank you!
I like the online booking options and app to view past appointments. I have most recently had great experiences with Dr. Rice and Dr. Sponsler regarding diagnosis/follow up of conditions for each cat. I am so grateful to this clinic for treating my cats well! They were also graciously flexible if I have to leave pets for a blood draw or urine collection. The technicians and vet nurses are all very polite and prompt. I get quick responses when I email the clinic. Appreciate every one of you!
My little girl went in to get spayed and a stomach tack. The surgeon did a great job. The entire staff treated her like their own. My 2 dogs have no issues with going here. My oldest dog is very skittish when he went to other clinics. I must say again the entire staff is amazing.
This place is the best. I have a 14 year old doxin he was throwing up and having diarrhea and not eating. He has a heart murmur and kidney disease. His primary vet said they would see him in 2 weeks, so I went to another vet who gave him an appetite stimulant and did blood work and said that his liver was failing and they would see him in a week to do an ultrasound. All while he continued to get worse. I've been to Broad Ripple in the past and stopped going because we moved so the drive was longer. I went back for a second opinion. They were straight forward with me, explained what his blood tests were and how we could help him until they were able to do the ultra sound. Went over cost with me before we did anything, he had IV fluids and they called every day to let me know how he was and I got to come in and visit him when ever I wanted. This is my new vet for both my dogs.
